PSAI Twin Set Diver

The Professional Scuba Association International Twin Set Diver course introduces divers to the set-up and use of the twin set (back-mounted double cylinder configuration) which so often labels the user as a technical diver.
The objective of this course is to introduce the divers to skills such as advanced buoyancy techniques, proper trim, propulsion techniques, equipment configuration and streamlining, valve drills, and air sharing specific to the use of back-mounted double cylinder configuration. Students are permitted to use Enriched Air Nitrox mixes, provided the gas mix is within their current level of certification and that the double cylinders and regulators are serviced and labeled in conjunction with local and manufacturer requirements. This is an excellent course for those who intend to take technical diving courses in which twin sets are required.
